13 positive cases of Covid-19 reported in Himachal Pradesh | Shimla News

SHIMLA: Thirteen new positive cases of Covid-19 were reported in Himachal Pradesh, including eightfrom Kangra district and four from Solan district today. Two positive patients from Solan district have recovered and have been tested negative. The state now has a total of 330 positive cases, of which 212 are active, 109 cases recovered, four have migrated out of state and five have died.
In Kangra district seven persons who were in institutional quarantine at Jawalamukhi and had travel history to Delhi have tested positive. Among them is a 30-year-old male from Dari, Dharamshala, a 51- year-old male from from Sandu village in Sahpur tehsil, his 17-year-old son, a 47-year-old male, his 9-year-old son from Kulhan village in Nurpur, a 2 -year-old boy from Mijhgran village of Nurpur tehsil and a 27-year-old male from Bari village of Khundian tehsil.
Those tested positive in Solan district includes one from Nalagarh, two from Chandi and one from Parwanoo. After they were tested positive, district administration has started tracing their travel history.
Bilaspur district has total 18 positive cases of which 11 are active while seven have recovered, Chamba district has total 20 positive cases of which 9 are active while 11 have recovered, Hamirpur district has total 107 positive cases of which 78 are active, 28 have recovered while one positive patient has died, Kangra district has total 86 positive cases of which 57 are active, 28 have recovered while one has died and Mandi district has total 12 positive cases of which 6 are active, 4 have recovered while two have died.
Shimla district has total 9 positive cases of which 7 are active, one has recovered while one has died, Sirmaur district has total 4 positive cases of which 2 are active while 2 have recovered, Solan district has total 30 positive cases of which 18 are active, 8 have recovered while four have migrated out of state and Una district has total 37 positive cases of which 18 are active while 19 have recovered.
A total of 41,403 persons were put under surveillance in the state till Saturday, of them 16,695 have completed their 28 days of surveillance, while 24,708 are under active surveillance. So far 35,668 people have been tested for Covid-19, of which 34,933 have been tested negative and 324 have been tested positive.
