Frontline workers include security, janitors, doctors, ambulance workers, firefighters numbering in the thousands – Rajinder Gupta has doubled their salary in May. In addition, all three meals are provided free of charge to hostel staff. Which will cost about three and a half crore rupees. 

Special arrangements have been made for the health facilities of the employees

Rupinder Gupta informed that Trident Group has made good arrangements for the employees and their family members keeping in view the health facilities of the employees. If an employee is found positive for corona, he/she will be provided 14 days paid leave and will be treated by Trident Group. A separate hygienic ward has been set up for the isolation of coronary positive patients. Where all kinds of facilities are provided. All employees are provided with masks, zinc, ORS, and lam-c free of cost. Employees who rejoin their duty after coming out of corona positive are also specially honored.
